Terms of service
Last updated: 11/08/2026
These terms govern the use of this site and the commercial information published on it. By using the site you accept what follows.
Who we are
Pizza EAT is a product of Devil App Development LLC, a company incorporated under the laws of the United States, with its seat at 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, United States of America. Email: info@pizza-eat.com.
What you find here
This site describes Pizza EAT, a management system for pizzerias. The descriptions of the features refer to the current version of the product. The application images on these pages are photographs of real screens, and the data appearing in them (names, amounts) is made up.
The section on importing the menu with artificial intelligence contains an illustrative demonstration: it performs no real processing and the results shown are examples.
The free trial
The 90-day trial is free and requires no credit card. At the end of the period nothing renews automatically and no amount is due: if you do not take out a subscription, access to the system stops. Data entered during the trial will be deleted within 5 days of the trial or the subscription expiring.
The trial is limited to one period per person or business. Attempts to start more than one trial period for the same business may lead to the accounts involved being disabled.
Who we sell to
Pizza EAT is a service intended exclusively for businesses and professionals holding a VAT number, including sole traders and those on flat-rate schemes. It is not sold to private consumers. The VAT number must be given when subscribing and is subject to verification.
Prices
The prices published on this site are in euro and refer to the subscription to the Pizza EAT system.
Devil App Development LLC is established in the United States. On supplies made to taxable persons established in the European Union, no tax is charged on the invoice: the reverse charge mechanism applies, and VAT is accounted for by the customer in their own country under the rules that apply to them. The price shown is therefore what you pay us.
Prices may change: a change has no effect on subscriptions already running until they expire. The binding conditions are the ones stated at the time of subscription.
Tax documents
To be clear about it: Pizza EAT issues no tax documents. The receipt the system prints is a courtesy document, with the detail of the order and the tax summary, and it does not replace the fiscal register or any other obligation set by law. Tax obligations remain entirely with the business.
Information requests
By filling in the contact form you authorise us to reply to you at the addresses you gave. The reply is not a binding contractual offer, unless it is expressly described as one.

Governing law and forum
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Delaware (United States of America), where Devil App Development LLC has its seat, excluding its conflict of law rules. The courts of the State of Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute concerning these terms or the use of the site.
The rights that the law of your country of residence grants to consumers, and which cannot be waived by contract, remain unaffected.
