Pizzeria management system

Pizza EAT does the rest.

Orders, kitchen, tables, deliveries and your own customer app in a single system. You sign up and you are running in five minutes: it speaks five languages, and it prints on any 80 mm printer.

The three apps

Three apps, one system

What happens in one shows up in the others straight away. Nothing to copy over, no figures to type in twice.

Pizzeria Panel

For the counter, the kitchen and the till

The heart of it all: orders, tickets, kitchen, tables, deliveries, menu, customers, reports and cash-up. And you open it wherever you like: the till computer, the laptop at home, the tablet hanging in the kitchen, the iPad out on the floor or the phone in your pocket — iPhone or Android. There is nothing to install: the browser you already use is enough.

Try 90 days

The Pizza EAT panel: the order card board, with the columns in, in the oven and ready, and the evening's figures across the top.

And inside the panel is everything else

It is not just order entry: it is the whole place, from the menu to the cash drawer. Tap a card to see the screen.

Tonight's service

The first screen you open in the evening: how much you have taken so far, how many orders came in, how much an average customer spends, how many pizzas are in the oven right now and the bookings for the days ahead. All together, without opening another page.

See the screen
The order cards

Every order is a card you drag with one finger from column to column: in, in the oven, ready, closed. You see fifteen days of orders at once, because bookings come in as much as two weeks ahead.

See the screen
New ticket

The screen you take the order on, at the counter or over the phone: pick the size, the dough, the extras, the ingredients to leave out and the half-and-half. A whole ticket takes under 15 seconds.

See the screen
Kitchen monitor

A screen hung in the kitchen showing only what has to be made, already split between oven, fryer and bar. Whoever is cooking ticks off what is ready with a finger, and the line disappears from the list.

See the screen
Floor and tables

The plan of your dining room with the tables drawn on it. Each table says at a glance whether it is free, taken, booked, waiting for the bill or needing a clean. Bookings are taken to the exact time, and the bill comes out line by line.

See the screen
Deliveries and riders

This is where you send deliveries out. The system passes them by itself to the rider with the fewest runs in hand, or you assign them with one tap. Each delivery is green if the customer already paid online, orange if the rider has to collect at the door.

See the screen
The menu

Where you build your menu: products with photo, description and price, categories, sizes, doughs, extras and ingredients. The allergens the law requires are written once on the ingredient and appear by themselves on every pizza that contains it.

See the screen
The menu imported with AI

Photograph the pages of your menu. The system reads names, descriptions and prices and fills your menu in for you.

See the screen
Photos of your dishes

No photos of your dishes? The system offers one per product and you keep only the ones you like. It never touches a photo you uploaded yourself.

See the screen
The menu QR code

The QR code to print and put on the tables, in the window or on a flyer. Your customer points a phone camera at it and reads your up-to-date menu straight away, with no app to download.

See the screen
Customers and loyalty card

The list of your customers writes itself, one order after another: name, phone, address and what they usually get. For your customers you can run loyalty cards, with the reward you choose.

See the screen
Marketing and vouchers

The system groups your customers by itself: who has not ordered in two months, who spends above average, who ordered only once. To each group you send the right message or a voucher, with the expiry date and minimum spend you set.

See the screen
Reports and cash-up

How much you sell, what time the orders come in and which pizzas do best, today and over past months. VAT is already split by rate.

See the screen
Settings and permissions

Opening hours, the areas you deliver to and what each costs, the time slots and the printers. This is also where you decide what each of your staff can see and touch: four roles come ready-made, and every change records who made it and when.

See the screen
How it works

One evening of service

From the first phone call to the last delivery, without a single scrap of paper.

  1. The order comes in

An order can come in from four places: the customer app, the phone, the counter, or a table in the dining room. On the phone the name or the number is enough to find the customer: address and last order are already there, so you do not have to ask for them again. An order that starts at a table stays tied to that table until the bill.

  2. The ticket, in under 8 taps

On one screen you pick the size, the dough, the extras, the ingredients to leave out and the half-and-half. The prices are already inside the program, so if the line plays up for a few seconds it does not strand you halfway through. And the total is worked out once: what you ring up at the counter and what the customer sees in the app are always the same number.

  3. The kitchen sees it instantly

The moment you close the ticket, within a couple of seconds, it comes out of the printer (if you have one set up) and at the same time appears on the Kitchen monitor, the screen hanging in the kitchen. It arrives already split by station: pizzas to the oven, fried food to the fryer, drinks to the bar. Nobody has to carry a slip of paper around.

  4. The Kitchen monitor, not paper slips

Whoever is cooking ticks each dish off as soon as it is ready, by touching it on the screen, or ticks a whole group in one go: three pizzas that go into the oven together come out together and get ticked together. Anything running late turns red on its own — nobody has to watch the clock.

  5. The delivery reaches the rider

When the pizza is ready the delivery appears on the rider's phone, with the customer's address and, in large type, how much to collect — or that it is already paid online and there is nothing to ask for. Getting the money wrong becomes hard.

  6. The books balance at close

You know your takings in real time, wherever you are — at home or at work. How much you took in all, how much in cash and how much on card, how much the riders handed back, VAT split by rate.

Artificial intelligence

Your whole menu in the system in a few minutes

You photograph the pages of your menu. The system does the rest — but the last word is always yours.

You upload the menu photo

Photograph the pages with your phone, or upload pictures of your menu you already have. JPG, PNG, WEBP: whatever shape they are in.

Photograph the pages
Photograph the pages

Photos of your dishes

No photos? The system suggests them, one per product, and you keep the ones you like. It never touches a photo you uploaded yourself.

A generated photo is not a photo of your pizza: use it as an illustration, not as a promise.

The pizza creator

Describe what you want — "a tasty pizza but under 700 calories" — and you get the full sheet back: name, ingredients by the gram, menu description, calories and a suggested price.

It knows your ingredients, what they cost you and the average price on your own menu. That is what makes the suggestion usable.

Printing

Any printer. Really.

We take care of the printing side. The Print Mini-PC reaches you already set up: you plug it into the mains and into the printer, and the tickets come out by themselves. If you already have an 80 mm thermal printer, that one will do nicely.

The Print Mini-PC: a small dark box with a Pizza EAT lid, four USB ports, a network socket and the power connector.
The size of a cigarette packet. It costs €80.00, once, and with the yearly plan it comes included in the price.

On screen and on paper

The preview in the panel is identical, character for character, to what comes out of the printer. You can check before printing — and in some services that alone is enough, without using a centimetre of paper.

You set the rules

When something happens, what gets printed, for which station, on which printer and how many copies. Five rules are ready from day one.

Order received kitchen ticket oven kitchen printer 1 copy
A courtesy receipt printed on 80 mm thermal paper: the pizzeria heading, the order lines with prices, the total and the VAT summary by rate.

How they attach, and how many

Recommended

Network or Wi-Fi

This is the one we recommend, and it is also the easiest: no practical limit on numbers, each printer has its own address on the network and the Mini-PC holds them all. The printer sits where you need it, with no cable running across the kitchen. If a printer goes off and on again, it comes back by itself.

Recommended

USB

The cable runs from the printer to the Mini-PC: four plugged in directly, more with a powered USB hub. No network in between, nothing to configure. It works well, but the printer has to sit near the Mini-PC.

Bluetooth

One or two, no more, and by far the least reliable of the three. The real problem is when the Bluetooth service drops: the pairing has to be redone by hand on the Mini-PC, from the command line and as the root user. If you are not comfortable with those commands, this is strongly discouraged — and the middle of service is no time to learn them.

Paper width

80 mm, 48 columns: the standard size for receipt printers, the one you find everywhere, and the full product name fits.

The Print Mini-PC

A box the size of a cigarette packet, which we hand you ready to go: you plug it into the mains and into the printer, and you forget about it. It is the box that prints, not your computer — so orders come out even when the computer and the tablets are off. You walk back into the pizzeria and the ticket is already there.

And if you would rather not print?

You can work perfectly well without a printer at all, and without buying the Mini-PC. Tickets are read on the Kitchen monitor, the screen in the kitchen, and ticked off with a finger when the dish is ready. The courtesy receipt is always emailed to the customer. And the rider already has everything on the phone: the address, the stops in order and how much to collect at the door. Paper is handy, but it is not compulsory.

Why it always works

  • No need to call anyone in to fiddle with the router: it installs and runs
  • The connection you already have is fine, even a home one
  • A kitchen ticket comes out in one or two seconds
  • If a print fails, it retries three times on its own and then tells you
  • Paper runs out mid-service? You reprint, and the copy comes out marked *** COPY *** — nobody makes the same pizza twice

What it prints

Kitchen ticket by station

No prices, just what to make. The oven sees the pizzas, the bar sees the drinks.

Courtesy receipt

With the VAT breakdown by rate. It is not a fiscal document.

Delivery slip

The one that goes with the rider, with "TO COLLECT" in large type or "ALREADY PAID".

Cash-up summary

The close of the evening, with what is expected by payment method.

QR menu

The menu opens by pointing a phone at it

A code on the table, in the window or on a flyer. Your customer points and sees your menu, with the photos and the current prices. Nothing to install.

  • Pizza EAT generates the code: no outside service involved
  • Download it as an image to send on WhatsApp
  • Or as a print-ready A4 sheet, laid out and ready to hang
  • It always points at the current menu: change a price and it changes there too
  • High error correction: it still reads when it gets dirty or creased

And to order?

If the customer is away from the restaurant, the menu takes them into the app and they order themselves. If they are sitting at a table, they tell whoever is working the room, who takes the order right there, between the tables. Ordering from the app needs an account — and that same account is what later remembers their address and their loyalty stamps. The customer picks whichever way suits them, and the order ends up in the same place either way.

Languages and currencies

Five languages. Fifty-seven currencies.

Not just the customer app: the panel, the kitchen, the rider app and even the emails come out in the right language. Try switching it below — it really changes.

Change the language of this page

It picks it by itself

A phone set to French opens the app in French, with nobody touching anything. The same goes for this site: you landed on it in your own language.

Your dishes too

Beyond the system wording, you can translate the names and descriptions of your own products. And the AI import can do it for you.

Emails follow the customer

Someone who signed up in Spanish gets their receipt in Spanish. It is not a list of translations: it is the same email composed in their language.

The currencies

Each one in its proper place: in Italian the symbol goes after the amount, in English before. It looks like a detail until a customer sees it.

The seven with a dashed border are good in more than one country. The euro in Italy, Ireland, Malta, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Monaco, Germany, Austria, Spain and the French overseas territories. The US dollar also in Puerto Rico, Ecuador, El Salvador, Panama, Zimbabwe and Liberia. The East Caribbean dollar across six islands, from Antigua to Saint Kitts and Nevis. The Swiss franc also in Liechtenstein. The Australian dollar also in Nauru, Kiribati and Tuvalu; the New Zealand one in the Cook Islands, Niue and Tokelau. The South African rand is taken in Namibia, Lesotho and Eswatini too, though those three also have their own.

Your customers

Customers come back, and you notice

The address book fills itself. Nobody has time to type up a record at twenty to nine on a Saturday.

The phone number is enough

You type the number and the record is already there: name, address, buzzer, their habits. Nobody filled it in — it wrote itself on the first order.

Repeat the last order

The usual? One tap and the ticket is written: extras, removals and halves exactly as they wanted them. Nobody has to remember they want it without onion.

Loyalty card

Points on spend or stamps on orders, and you decide the reward. The customer sees how many they still need: those are the ones that bring them back next week.

Vouchers

Percentage, fixed amount or free delivery. With a minimum spend, an expiry and a number of uses — and, where it matters, made out to one person, so it does not travel round WhatsApp.

Campaigns

The groups work themselves out: who has not ordered in two months, who spends above average. You write the message; the group is recalculated every time you open it.

You see the consent before you send

Under every group there are two numbers: how many there are, and how many you may actually contact. Anyone who did not consent is not in the second one, and gets nothing.

The books

The books balance at the end of the night

No stored figures being reused: everything is recalculated each time you open the page. Where there is no data you get a dash, not a zero.

Reports

Takings, orders and average ticket, compared with the period before. And orders hour by hour: they tell you what time you need an extra pair of hands, not that Saturdays are busy.

Best sellers

What actually comes out of the oven, today and over the last three months, and where the orders come from: counter, phone or app. You trim the menu on numbers, not on a hunch.

Cash-up

What you expect in cash, on card and online, what the riders handed in. Then you count the drawer and enter what is really there: the difference is recorded with your notes, not hidden.

Online payments

Your customer pays by card in the app and the money lands in your account. The payment keys are yours, not ours: not a penny passes through us.

Export whenever you like

Orders, lines, VAT and customers as CSV ready for Excel, or as PDF. Your accountant gets the file, not a photo of the screen.

And the timings

How long you really take to send a pizza out, how many go out late, how many customers are new and how many come back? Now you know.

Your team

Everyone sees what they need

The pizza chef does not need to see the takings, and the lad on the counter must not be able to delete a product.

You log in with a PIN

No email to type: you type four digits. Shift change in three seconds.

Four roles ready to go

Owner, till and floor, counter and deliveries, pizza chef. You can change them, or make your own.

The log

Who did what and when, with how it was before and how it is now. You need it the day a price changes and nobody knows why.

What you need

It runs on what you already have

Nothing to buy, nothing to install on the computer. A browser and a connection.

Computer

Windows, Mac or Linux. The panel opens in a browser, and you can install it as an application if you prefer.

Tablet

iPad or Android. It makes the ideal Kitchen monitor: you read it from two metres away.

Phone

iPhone and Android. Your customer app is on the App Store and Google Play.

Your customer

They install nothing to look at the menu: they point at the QR and read it. They download the app only if they want to.

And security

  • Passwords and PINs are never readable, not even by us
  • No outside services in the pages: nobody is tracking your customers
  • Each pizzeria's data is kept separate from every other
  • Card details never pass through our systems
  • Every meaningful action stays written in the log

Questions

The questions we always get

Do I have to buy a new printer?

Almost certainly not. If you have an 80 mm thermal printer — the receipt kind, the ones everybody has — it works: it attaches to the Print Mini-PC over the network, over Wi-Fi, over USB or over Bluetooth. If you do not have one, they cost a few tens of euros.

Is the receipt a fiscal document?

No, and it is only right to say so plainly. Pizza EAT prints a courtesy receipt, with the order detail and the VAT breakdown by rate: that is what you hand over with the pizza. It does not replace your fiscal register, which stays yours.

Can I start from the printed menu I already have?

Yes, and it is the fastest way. Photograph the pages with your phone, the system reads it all and shows you what it understood: categories, names, descriptions, ingredients, allergens and prices for each size. You check the flagged cells and confirm. In a few minutes the menu is in.

Who receives the online payments?

You do. The payment keys are yours, linked to your own account: your customers' money reaches you directly, without passing through us. And card details never touch our systems.

What happens if the internet drops?

The panel needs internet, like any system of this kind. But when you are writing a ticket it already has the prices inside: if the line drops for a few seconds it will not stop you halfway. And prints are not lost — they wait and come out by themselves as soon as the connection is back.

How long does it take to get going?

Five minutes. You sign up on the panel and find the categories, sizes, doughs, EU allergens, roles and tables already in place: you can work from there straight away. You import the menu from a photo, connect the printer, print the QR code and open.

Is my data mine?

Yes. Orders, customers and menu are yours and you can export them whenever you like as CSV or PDF, during the free trial too. If you decide to leave, you take them with you.

How many languages does it work in?

Five: Italian, English, French, Spanish and German. Not just the customer app: the panel, the Kitchen monitor, the rider app and the emails as well. Everyone works in their own, on the same order.
